Untitled (Dreams that I forget until I realise they have coloured everything I felt and did today)
2021
Cotton, cotton wool, cut-out shapes in three single colours printed on adhesive paper, painted MDF
500 x 320 x 60 cm

The circles and semicircles on the wall suggest an abstract landscape, while the two benches with hand-sewn cushions and blankets invite viewers to sit or lie down and physically interact with the sculpture. The title, taken from Rebecca Solnit's 2005 book of essays, A Field Guide to Getting Lost, prompts meditation and poetic reflection, urging us to question our existence, the passage of time, and our navigation through the world.
