In 2002, I was commissioned to make the new interiors for the office space of Index - The Swedish Contemporary Art Foundation. During the renovation, the walls that previously divided the office into small cubicles were torn down so that the staff kitchen, the office area, and the public lounge combined in one space. A new black linoleum flooring was laid down. For the furnishing, I designed three tables that could function separately as desks or put together as an extended work surface or a dinner table, wall shelves, storage benches, and low shelves, all in plywood covered with coloured adhesive vinyl.
